Main Street has been home to “America’s original Art Walk” since 1976.  One of the Southwest’s greatest cultural traditions, much like a grand open house for the art galleries that are located primarily on Main Street, this weekly event takes place every Thursday evening 7 to 9 pm.  The Art Walk offers a relaxed and yet exciting approach to shopping for art, allowing shoppers to wander into galleries, stroll around a delightful quaint street with famed restaurants, live music, and more. Horse-drawn carriage rides and trolley rides are often available.
